Terms and Conditions

tarp.pk is a menu and ordering site for TARP. You can browse our menu, and you can order for pickup or delivery — either by messaging us on WhatsApp, or by ordering and paying online through the site, where payment is handled by a third-party payment gateway. We do not offer any other service through this site.

An online order is confirmed once your payment has been successfully processed by our payment gateway. A WhatsApp order is confirmed once we reply to say we have accepted it.

We may still cancel or refuse an order after it is placed — for example if your delivery address falls outside the area we cover, an item you ordered is unavailable, or we are unable to fulfil the order for any other operational reason. If this happens and you have already paid online, we will refund the payment.

Prices are as listed on the site or read out to you on WhatsApp at the time you order, and are exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. We may change our prices at any time; this only affects orders placed after the change, never an order you have already confirmed and paid for.

We deliver using our own riders to a set of delivery zones around our outlet. If your address is outside those zones, we will let you know and the order will not proceed. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown to you before you confirm the order.

You can also choose pickup and collect your order directly from our outlet at 1st Floor, CC-11, Block-A, Falcon Downtown, Fazaia Housing Society, Lahore.

Online payments are processed for us by a licensed third-party payment gateway. TARP does not see or store your card number, CVV, or other payment credentials — the gateway handles that directly and only confirms to us whether your payment succeeded. WhatsApp and counter orders continue to be paid on delivery or at the counter, as before.

We aim to prepare and deliver every order accurately and on time, but we cannot guarantee the site or our ordering channels will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by Pakistani law, TARP's liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or an order is limited to the value of that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
