Privacy Policy

When you order on WhatsApp. To prepare and deliver your order we collect your name, your WhatsApp phone number, your delivery address, and the details of your order. If you contact us with a question or complaint, we keep that conversation.

When you order online at tarp.pk/order. You can also order and pay online for pickup or delivery. To take and fulfil that order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address (for delivery orders), and the details of what you ordered. Payment is processed for us by a licensed Pakistani payment gateway — TARP does not see or store your card number, CVV, or any other payment credential; the gateway handles that directly and only tells us whether the payment succeeded. Paid orders are also synced to our point-of-sale system so the kitchen can prepare them, the same system that records our in-store sales.

When you visit tarp.pk. Outside of placing an order, the rest of the site is a menu and information site: it does not ask you to create an account. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which collects standard technical information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you view. This is described below.

What we do not collect. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or online banking credentials — that information goes straight to our payment gateway. Orders placed over WhatsApp or at the counter continue to be paid on delivery or at the counter as before.

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and our ads invite you to message us on WhatsApp. To understand which ads actually work, we use the Meta Pixel on tarp.pk and Meta's advertising and measurement tools.

This means Meta Platforms may receive information about your visit to our site and, where you reach us by clicking one of our ads, may link that click to the conversation you start with us. Meta uses this to measure and improve ad delivery. Meta's own handling of this data is governed by their privacy policy, which you can read at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

You can limit ad tracking through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and through your browser's cookie controls.

• To take, prepare, and deliver your order.
• To contact you about that order, for example to confirm your address or tell you it is on the way.
• To answer your questions and handle complaints.
• To measure and improve our advertising, as described above.
• To keep basic business records, as required of a registered company.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing messages on WhatsApp unless you have asked us to.

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

• Our delivery riders — your name, address and phone number, so your order reaches you.
• Meta Platforms — advertising and measurement data, as described above.
• Our payment gateway — if you pay online, the payment details you enter go directly to a licensed Pakistani payment gateway to process the transaction. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded, not your card details.
• Our point-of-sale system — online orders are synced there automatically so the kitchen can fulfil them.
• WhatsApp / our messaging provider — because your conversation with us happens on WhatsApp, it is carried and stored on their platform.
• Anyone we are legally required to share it with, such as a lawful request from a government authority.

We keep order and conversation records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our record-keeping obligations as a registered company. When we no longer need them, we delete them or stop using them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop messaging you. Just message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you want.

If you delete the WhatsApp conversation on your phone, note that we may still hold our own copy of the order record.

Our website and ads are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
